Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pleaser Clothing Store purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Essentials (intimate apparel and basic undergarments)
• Bridal – Under $100 (special occasion items in this category)
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Personalized or custom-made items

Return & Exchange Process

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

Exchanges
